At Obirdie, we want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help

Returns 

  • You may return unused and undamaged items within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. 
  • Items must be in their original condition, including all packaging.
  • Custom or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds

 

  • Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item and notify you of the status.
  •  Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed for the same item in a different size or color, pending availability.
  • If your item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.

Defective or Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  •  Include your order number and photos of the damage. We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund.

How to Start a Return

2. We’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions.
3. Ship your item back within 14 days of receiving the label.

Additional Notes

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake.
  •  We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your item reaches us.
  •  Refunds may take additional time to reflect, depending on your bank or credit card provide
